How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 minute of captioning. Your first translation language is included free!
- • Transcription only: 1 credit/minute
- • + 1 translation language: 1 credit/minute (free!)
- • + 2 translation languages: 2 credits/minute
- • + 3 translation languages: 3 credits/minute
- • Audio dubbing: +2 (Standard voice) or +5 (Premium voice) credits/minute per dubbed language
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace starts with 60 free credits — about an hour of live captioning — with no credit card required. Use them on a real event, then pick a plan when you're ready.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes! You can purchase credit packs at any time. These credits never expire and stack with your subscription.
Do monthly credits roll over?
No. A subscription's included credits reset to its published allocation each billing cycle. One-time credit packs are kept in a separate balance, never expire, and are used after trial and subscription credits.
Can several events run at once?
Yes, within the plan's live-broadcast cap: Free supports 1, Starter 2, Pro 3, and Max 10 simultaneous parent sessions. Translation-language views belong to their parent broadcast and do not count as separate live events.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
